Freeze-dried food is created by freezing ingredients and then removing the water through sublimation in a vacuum chamber. This preserves 97% of nutrients, flavor, and structure while reducing weight by 90%.
Our freeze-dried products have a shelf life of 25+ years when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 1-2 weeks.
Simply add hot water and wait 5-10 minutes. The food rehydrates to near-original texture and flavor. Some snacks like fruits can be enjoyed crunchy right from the pouch!
